Who Can Apply
To qualify for a wholesale account, you must:
- Operate a physical retail store (with or without an online presence), or
- Be an online-only business with an established audience or customer base
Please note:
- Selling on third-party marketplaces such as Etsy, eBay, Amazon, or similar platforms is strictly prohibited
- Wholesale purchases are not permitted for personal use
Application & Approval Process
All wholesale applications are carefully reviewed. We reserve the right to:
- Approve or deny any application at our discretion
- Reject applications that do not align with our brand values
- Cancel approved orders if any violation of these terms occurs
Our goal is to work with partners who reflect the standards and integrity of the Gardenactivewear brand.
Pricing
- All prices are listed in USD
- Wholesale pricing is available only to approved retailers intending to resell products
- General customers or promotional buyers do not qualify for wholesale pricing

Additional Discounts
Our wholesale pricing already includes significant savings. Additional discounts are only available if:
- A special promotion is officially announced
- A large-volume order is approved under a custom agreement
Orders placed using unauthorized discount codes will be canceled.
Invoicing & Payment Terms
- Invoices are available upon request and issued in USD
- All wholesale orders must be paid in full before shipment
- We currently do not offer net payment terms
Shipping Information
- All orders are shipped from our warehouse
- Retailers are responsible for any applicable import duties or taxes
- Free shipping is available for qualifying wholesale orders placed through our website
Fulfillment Time
Once payment is received:
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days
- Any delays will be communicated in advance

Gardenactivewear supports bulk orders for B2B partners and wholesale distributors.
